Abstract (English, CN 102762505 A)

The purpose of this invention is to provide a mud processing method and sludge processing system it is not only can effectively and reliably and high sludge concentration and it can improve high concentration of mud methane fermentation efficiency it can realize the efficiency is high and it has good effect of utilization of the energy. The invention claims a sludge processing method comprises: Reduced pressure concentration procedure is reduced pressure under the state of the original sewage sludge of foaming and along the foam gas through float concentrating to obtain concentrated sewage sludge; Vacuum forming working procedure of high speed sprayed from the high temperature steam the high temperature steam as working fluid to form vacuum state; Can be dissolved in order to make the working procedure concentrated sewage sludge and high temperature steam is contacted to obtain sludge can be dissolved; The gas separation process it makes the solution remain sludge and the air obtained the gas mud; Methane fermentation process of the anaerobic condition making the said degassing sludge to do methane fermentation to obtain the digested sludge.

1 this utility model claims a sludge concentration method comprises: Liquid solid separation process in normal pressure or decompression state of the original sewage sludge the water level or basically horizontal direction of perfusion so as to realize of separating mud and separation a solid-liquid separation liquid; Floating concentration process of the said liquid solid separation process of the lower part of the decompression state to let the separation of mud with the foam gas through direction vertical to or approximately vertical direction to float and realize concentration so as to obtain float sludge.
2 according to claim i the sludge concentration method thereof wherein said liquid solid separation process in the under normal pressure and the sludge the water level or basically horizontal direction and flow to said floating concentration in the process of the highest position of the negative pressure in the following 25kpa 5kpa.
According to claim 1 i the sludge concentration method thereof wherein said liquid solid separation process in the decompression state of the original sewage sludge the water level or basically horizontal direction and flow to the floating condensing in the process of the highest position of the negative pressure in the following 95kpa 65kpa.
4 according to claim 1 i at any one of said sludge concentration method thereof wherein it also comprises the gas separation process from the said floating concentration process is obtained in the float sludge and the detention of air so as to obtain the gas mud.
5 according to claim 1 i at any one of said sludge concentration method thereof wherein it also has the said decompression and the air the vacuum forming working procedure.
6 kinds of sludge concentrating system comprises: Separating floating concentration device: Solid-liquid separation part and the normal pressure or reduced pressure under the state of the original sewage sludge the water level or basically horizontal direction of perfusion so as to realize of separating mud and separation a solid-liquid separation liquid; Float the concentrated part of the solid-liquid separation part of the lower part of the decompression state to let the separation of mud with the foam gas through direction vertical to or approximately vertical direction to float and realize concentration so as to obtain float sludge; The gas separating device which makes said float sludge and the detention of air so as to obtain the gas mud; Vacuum device for realizing the said decompression and the gas.
7 according to claim 1 said mud concentrating and system wherein said vacuum device of injector and uses the separated liquid as the injector the working fluid.
